Loan is an absolute life saver! I got my eyelashes done for the first time - somewhere else which has 5 star reviews...and OMG I absolutely hated them!! Devastated and desperate, I found Longmi and Loan. She took me immediately, removed the lashes painlessly and put new ones on perfectly! So natural and I could tell the difference immediately between her and the technician that I went to the day before. I will definitely be back to Loan over and over again. Learned my lesson and super happy I found this place.

Just visited Sophia. I have searched for many places to do my lashes and in some way or another have found something wrong that made me unhappy for two weeks until I got them redone. I decided to try this place out because 1, they have so many locations so they must be doing something right, and 2, I was recommended to come here by another person who got their lashes done. I was all ready to be disappointed and was pleasantly surprised as I left today. I had a full set with volume done and I love them! They are even, long and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I have been getting my lashes done for 8 yrs, prior to finding Longmi lashes. The reason I switched was because my other lash girl (some other company) was always booked and difficult to get into. Anyways, I was impressed how full the longmi lash girl got my lashes. My lashes are naturally frail, thin & blonde. She did an amazing job. Worth the money. What I'm most impressed with is her honesty. She told me my lashes need a rest from extensions and to purchase some good lash growth serum from somewhere. I love how she didn't try and hustle me for my next appointment. I will definitely be back after my lashes grow back healthier. Thank you for the much needed advice!
