Wow! Lori Hawkins and her team have mastered the art of customer service. Someone "might" suggest they are too aggressive, but when you have a great product and you believe in it, you want your customer to succeed byhaving what you offer. Nothing wrong with that. And they are so professional. A win win for everyone. Oh. Surprised by my review? You might be. I didn't even take out a mortgage with them. Decided instead to be one of the many leaving California. BUT ... if I was to need a mortgage, this is the place.

Lori Hawkins and her entire team is outstanding. When all others turned me down, Hawkins offered me the loan I needed at an outstanding rate. I started with a really bad agent who kept telling me I couldn't afford the homes I liked and Hawkins referred me to a local agent, Nick Maugeri who ultimately got me into my dream house. Nick is an outstanding agent who went above and beyond everything that I was looking for. Even after the close of escrow took place, Nick provided me with information about the local utility companies and handyman services.
