Found this place on google in 2023 and haven't looked back. Best pricing in town and a great hair cut. I've been going to Bill but the other barbers always have full chairs too. Worth a shot if you're in need of a new barbershop.

I went here because no other place was open but it was probably the best haircut I’ve had from a new barber shop in a while. I was visiting from Hawaii and needed a cut last minute, and I believe it was the owner really listened to what I wanted. I wanted a mid-fade that drops on the back and also line up. He took his time and I had a haircut I was really happy with. Thanks again! Would definitely return if I’m in Sacramento again.
