I am writing this to recommend the services of Gustavo who works for Mulholland Brand Gates We had a wooden enclosure for our pool equipment that he removed and then replaced with Mulholland's aluminum material. He arrived on time and worked throughout the day and well into the night to finish. He was polite, personable, and knew what he was doing. He was able to adjust on the fly when, through no fault of his own, things didn't fit exactly. The finished work was great. The only hiccup was some of the debris from the original enclosure was left behind as he and his partner had no more room in their truck. We ordered a pergola after deciding to do a last-minute change to our deck design. Mulholland were great in rushing the order through, working with our contractor to install the supports, and installing the final design. Product looks fantastic and they made very good suggestions for the design itself.

Had this gate installed and love it. There was a problem which was to be rectified but I was not notified of the return appointment and they showed up while we were in Europe. Proceeded to jump over the gate to do the fix that was needed which was not done cleanly and left additional holes and marred it. I contacted Julio Sorto, Production Planner, on August 30 and explained what happened and provided pictures. His response was "Unacceptable. I will get this handled for you." I have repeatedly contacted him both via text and email -- crickets. Love the gate, had I known how they handled problems, I would have kept my old gate and continued my replacement search.
