I can’t recommend him enough. From the very first lesson, he has been incredibly attentive and genuinely takes the time to understand you as both a person and an artist. Rather than just teaching technique, he intentionally gets to know your creative style, interests, and goals so he can help you choose songs and music that matter to you. That personalized approach has made learning so much more enjoyable.

It was awesome taking classes with Lloyd! I am a vocalist hoping to learn guitar and piano from scratch so I could get better at songwriting and production. Lloyd is clearly expert at both instruments and adapted the lessons to meet me exactly where I was at. It was especially helpful to bring attention to some habits I picked up from random self-learning; Lloyd immediately notices details that, when adjusted, makes a world of difference. I learned piano and guitar from books. Much harder to do that with vocals! Lloyd’s great. In addition to the vocals he’s helping me with a lot of technique I missed not having a traditional guitar/piano teacher.
