The shop is right around the corner from me and I liked the way the reviews sounded. I'm so glad I went here too instead of the other alteration shops also within walking distance. Because Irena actually suggested a change to my initial request and it was a banger. I had purchased a dress for my bachelorette party which was too small around the rib cage and back with the intention to add a lace-up closure to the back instead of a zip, since it was the last one they had and I absolutely needed it. Irena is such a breath of fresh air ! I had a horrible experience with the seamstress provided at David’s Bridal that left me in tears and I was nervous to even go to another place to ask about my wedding dress alterations. I found Irena online and emailed her and took my chances and I’m SO glad I did. Irena saved my dress and it fits absolutely perfectly now. I cannot wait for my wedding. Irena was so kinda after I told her about my previous terrible experience and made me feel like a beautiful bride to be.
