I love AKT. The only gym I've ever been consistent with. Great music and different routines. It's always clean and welcoming. I always try to burn as many calories as possible. Shout out to the best of the best Haley, Willis, Jen, and Adlai and the management team. I miss you Mariela!!!!
My bestie and I have been going for the last few months and we can't get enough of this place. The workouts are SO good, completely sweating at the very end! Sore for days!! The instructors are friendly and experienced. I give it a 10+
AKT is an amazing studio with great trainers and super fun classes! I was hooked after just one class. Their dance and dance/bands formats are my favorite, they're the perfect blend of cardio and strength.
