The March 2023 rainstorm flooded my sunken living room. This happened in the 90's and no action was taken then. I knew the time came to tackle the issue. I casually mentioned my predicament to Nick. He immediately started to analyze the situation. Nick was committed to finding a workable solution with various plans of acton. Long story short, a restoration project commenced. Nick's team of professionals made the process seamless. Most important, Nick's attention to detail,communication and follow-up throughout the restoration made what could have been a nightmare, a pleasant experience!

Let me be the first one to say that we don't like Nick and WC Builders Inc. We love Nick and his team! If you want a contractor that just does as instructed, please look elsewhere. If you want to work with someone who will give you new ideas, is ready to listen and think with you, that's when you should go to Nick. He will try to go above and beyond while being honest and caring for your project as if it would be his own.

WC Builders is about as close to a family contractor that an HOA can get. We have worked with Nick for nearly 20 years on a variety of projects and he has not only done good work, but in numerous cases resolved issues that no other contractor could. He also also worked on projects for a variety of individual owners. I would strongly recommend WC. They're personable, flexible, knowledgeable, and they do good work.
