Eric is a great businessman and an even better lock smith. He is a person you can trust with your family and home. Truly talented and takes a lot of pride in his expertise. When I call for someone to install or resolve an issue at my home, I expect a subject matter expert who can quickly assess and recommend the options available for my decision to move forward, or not. Eric was indeed, the subject matter expert I needed. I called for locksmith services and he patiently explained the products available and how they would work on the main door to secure my home. I didn’t have to go shopping for something I know nothing about. Eric presented a range of products he had on hand so that I could make a choice in the range of available technology options and pricing.
