I just worked with sales associate Christine Beaudet to purchase a new reclining sofa, and separate recliner. She really took her time helping me select the right combination for my body size and type and design requirements. We customized the two pieces and I can't wait to get them home. She made the experience very comfortable and is very professional. I highly recommend her if you're going to need a new sofa or chair.

This is a rather long, convoluted story: I ordered custom made sleeper sofa and love seat in January 2022: upgrades for cushions, pillows and especially the mattress. The set is really lovely, however, it took until July 2022 to be delivered, and the delivery men were wearing filthy gloves and left black smudges all over the pieces (La-Z-Boy sent a tech out to clean them). When Christmas came and we had family staying, we opened the sleeper and discovered the mattress was not the upgrade we paid for, but a standard thin inner spring mattress (we had been so distracted by the deliverymen "ruining" the pieces we never looked at the mattress). My wife and I decided to buy a reclinering love seat to make TV viewing a bit more comfortable.LA-Z-BOY HOME FURNISHINGS had excellent Google reviews, so we drove over to their West Hills store to take a look and try a few chairs.Their massive display floor is filled with furniture vignettes. All are available to "test drive." You know: press buttons, check the back support, understand the feature, feel for comfort, and try to imagine how this new furniture will fit our life style.Our salesperson, Joy, spent over two hours showing us reclinering chairs, loveseats, and couches.
