Unfortunately I had such a horrible experience with Linda, she cared more about $$$ and how much she will earn rather than providing quality service, the vibe was hideous and barely any space to move around!!! In addition she provided such a horrible and uneven hair cut!!! Would never ever step a foot there nor ever deal with Linda again!!!!

I always leave the salon with a smile! Linda is amazing! She's easy to deal with and responds to me promptly. She does my haircut quick but not rushed. You can tell she knows what she's doing.

I first met Rose when I just walked into her shop without an appointment in desperation because my hair was beyond help. Normally she usually takes appointments only but she was free at that time and lucky me she was able to cut my messed up hair. For the first time ever I can actually say that my hair was completely on the even side and she really knows the spot on way to cut my hair. She is also great at coloring too! Not only is she is talented at what she does.....she is very nice and pleasant to be around. Thank you Rose.

Unusual for a man to post a review for a ladie's hairdresser but I couldn't resist. My 91 year old wife has never been completely happy with the way she was treated at hair salons in this area. And then she got a recommendation to try Rose at this location not far from our home. She came home glowing after her first visit and that pleased me. No more having to hear how she got a bad cut at other shops. She has gone again and received great treatment once more. She told me to write this review (I'm the computer person in this family) and I'm pleased to share her thoughts with you.

I've been going to Hoa's salon for over 30 years and have recommended her to all my friends and my 4 daughters continue to have their hair cut, styled and colored by Linda. The prices are amazing, always current with trends and highly recommend the coloring, which never dries or damages my hair. I have been going to Rose since I was in the 8th grade (I'm currently about to turn 26). She knows what looks good on me and always recommends different looks she think will suit my style. Their new location is smaller, but nice since her and Linda get to have their own separate rooms. I love both Rose and Linda and highly recommend them both. My whole family (well, the women) go there - me, my mom, my auntie and even my grandma! They both know so many different styles and can work with different hair types too.

I've been going to Rose at Hoa's for years now. I like how she knows my style and I've recommended her to my friends and my daughter's friends. And they all start going there. Rose is friendly and will accomodating even on last minute appointment.

Rose gave me the haircut, which is , I'd say below average. Should have driven further to Koreantown. The reviews said price is amazing, so I thought, meh, you get what you pay for. And then I was charged for 50 BUCKS! I was SHOCKED when I heard she say " fifty" I thought she meant fifteen. The prestigious salon Etude in Koreantown, with fancy decoration only charges $40? If you are the Owner, can you clarify you do charge $50 for women (long hair)? That it was not only me?
