Karen is very kind, she takes her time during facials and makes sure you are comfortable. Skin looks glossy and fresh after hydrofacial and oxygen treatment. She is reasonably priced for the time and detail.

Asked for 6” trim but she only cut about 2”… decided to get a brow and upper lip wax and Karen was nice but one eyebrow is completely uneven. I asked her to fix a park of it and she did on one side but I was so irritated I had to leave for work so I couldn’t even ask her to fix it further. She was kind but I wouldn’t go back.

BAD SERVICE/ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not come if you want to be scammed. Had went to get a toner only. Lady (employee) missed up on hair several times, lack of knowledge, she then told me to come back another day, to see owner named “Karen” who’s the owner, so she can fix it. Came back as advised by the worker. Walked in to see owner, welcomed me with a bad attitude, only to mess up on my hair once again. I said if she can fix it, as I had shown in the picture. She snapped on me, accusing me not of paying her the previous time, when it was advised for me to come back another time, by her employee. Lack of communication between owner and employees. I’ll give it a zero, if I can. Do not come her if your looking for good service and customer service.
