I use Jan-Pro at my dance studio( Inspire Dance Studio in La Canada Flintridge, CA) and we LOVE the service! Oscar is super kind, thorough, and reliable. Prior we had a cleaning lady who did her best but simply couldn't keep up with our quickly growing studio. Jan-Pro support is always easy to reach as well, whether I'm contacting Oscar directly or someone in billing etc... Our studio is sparkling clean and the customer service is great!

This was the absolute WORST maid service our company has ever encountered. They did the opposite of everything we instructed them to do, and we gave them multiple chances. From not taking out the trash, leaving floors dirty, oh yeah and looking at NSFW material on company work equipment. We took way to long to let go of the service, do yourself a favor and don't even hire them.
