Despite our best efforts to train our big dogs, they are still unruly and utterly embarrassing when visiting the vet. But this group handles them with patience and grace. Instead of looking down their noses at our crazy lab mix pulling so hard she is nearly flat to the floor -- they offered us a private waiting room. Knowing our girl was an over-excited psycho, they sent two techs to the room to give us her treatments, and worked with us to make it happen. You can tell real dog people when pups like ours can't stop licking their faces. Every single person from the front desk to the vet to the techs are lovely, wonderful humans. They are excellent. 10 out of 5 stars.

I absolutely love the care and attention our Leo receives at Walnut Creek Cet Hospital from Dr. Thistlewait and Xanth. The whole care team is outstanding, patient and attentive. They listen to our needs and deliver. I highly recommend this facility for your fur baby’s needs!
