I am new to the area. I found Susan on Rants and Raves Walnut Creek (a FB group). She has tons of great reviews in various places, (including on Yelp) so I decided to give her a try. I knew I would need a massage after my 250 mile drive to Walnut Creek. I found Susan on line and her website resonated for me. Booking an appointment and paying on line was a breeze. Her directions to her space were spot on and she was waiting outside for me. She is a skilled, caring and knowledgeable practitioner. She asked good questions to determine what my issues were (lower back) and she told me what her approach would be. She made sure that she used the pressure I needed and responded to my requests for more or less. I felt safe, cared for and comfortable.
