    Given new information every time I call. Just when I think I have completed the process, another issue arises. I have been on the phone 5 times for the same issue and it still isn't resolved. Not sure if all employees get the same training or information, but I don't believe they do. It's been a process...

    Administered my own company's 401K for years. So, I understand how a 401K plan should be run. I have been attempting to rollover my funds at Newport group for over a month now. Online portal worthless. Customer service reps are inept, appear poorly trained and are not empowered to actually provide any solutions. I actually had to get my attorney involved to complete this routine request. The plan is so poorly managed I suspect that it is intentional. They actually seem to be trying to keep participant's money. Criminal!

    Called to get assistance moving my money, as the company I work for was sold, and requiring I move the retirement account. No forms available to help online. Representative said that someone would call me back in 3 days. No call. When I called back a week later, I had another rep whom likes to use fancy terms and would not explain. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she flat out refused. Lost my temper and screamed, and demanded that someone call me back. I'm still waiting.... Worst financial company I have ever had to deal with. Would give a half star option if available.
