they do not give a shit about you the second you step in the door. i waited three months for a call that never returned. inpatient is better but you basically have to be dying before they even attempt to care.

I tried to be seen at the OBGYN department at John Muir Health for two months. Over the course of 2 months, I had 3 different appointments scheduled at 2 different locations.
My first appointment was at my preferred location and was cancelled. I was told that there were no available appointments at my preferred location before the end of the year (when my insurance expires). I therefore had to make an appointment at another location in their network that was further from my home.
I had an appointment scheduled for early December and on the day of, I came to find that that appointment was also cancelled.

The receptionists, nurses, doctors and security guards are friendly and provide a good service. Easy parking although the spots are pretty tight. It's convenient that there is a LabCorp on site. Deducting 2 stars because of the ridiculous money hungry policies of charging $25 and making you wait 3-5 business days for an LIC 701 form and making you schedule an establishment of care appointment where they do nothing at all except order lab work, before you can schedule a physical exam.
