Roy Hansen is the man. I did have a problem with losing electricity for one side of my home today on Saturday. I called approximately 10 electricians mainly leaving messages, only 2 picked up - both would not able to come today, and Roy was the one who was able to trouble shut my problem on the phone, saving me big bucks. At the end of the day from all the messages I left - I got only one call back. I'm keeping Roy's phone number for any future electrical problems from today.
