It's true, this studio is truly amazing. You can see my other reviews, I don't just freely give 5-star reviews. I have solid, yet not unreasonable standards by any means, as a central quality I require is following inner integrity as much as possible, in turn serving the public through that inner integrity. The first time I took a Kundalini Yoga class was in 2010 while living on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've finally come back to the practice (about time). This is the best Kundalini Studio. The classes are great! The teachers are very mindful and care about your well being a lot. You are welcomed in very quickly and feel part of the community. I also took The Modern Priestess course at Great Divine Flow Yoga with Maharanj Kaur and it was awesome. It states and does teach you how to be in your own flow and approach your life with ease and grace from listening to your heart. It is hard to find the words to express how the subtle changes happen and the mind slows down and lets the heart speak. Don't hesitate to start going to their studio and being part of the great flow!
