lousy service. Dr. faxed orders Nov 16, 2016. No supplies. Called again beginning of December 2016. No supplies. Called again Dec. 29, 2016, supplies are on their way! Jan. 11, 2017 - NO SUPPLIES!!! Dr. office attempted to call and no one answered the phone. So, now I have to have another sleep study done with another provider and then I can get supplies. Who is liable if I die in the meantime?
They all most never answer the phone. When they do there full of excuses and there clearly not concern for the patient they're supposed to be caring for. Their doing the bare minimum that the law requires and that's very clear!
