I had a door the I wanted to change from inward swing to outward swing. I contacted 6 handyman in my areas and 3 responded. Freddie was my choice because of his communications and follow ups. Freddie showed up on time and communicated to me every steps of the way. I used many handyman and contractors before and i know some can be unreliable and bad. Freddie is good with communication and gets the job done. I will be using Freddie for some of my future projects.

I was looking meticulously in the high desert for someone to install my brand new double oven for the past few weeks. I received a lagging response from Lowe's and poor customer service from various companies I found via Yelp. Fortunately, the one person who was truly professional, responsive, cordial and honest was Freddie. 1) Communication: Freddie will respond to all your questions and concerns in a timely manner through Yelp chat, text messages and phone calls. Compared with handymen I have had in the past there is a day and night difference. I have waited all day for someone before when we had agreed on a time . No show, no phone call. With Freddie there was a call EVERY time. He was always here when he said he would be. His work is excellent. He is polite and respectful and leaves his work area clean and neat when he leaves for the day. I have recommended him to everyone I know. He replaced an old fluorescent light with the ugly plastic panels with recessed lighting, painted and trimmed and it's beautiful now.
