I Went today for the first time and G the instructor/owner was very professional but also very observant explaining and working with you making you feel comfortable and also showing your proper technique so you are not exposing yourself to an injury. Very nicely put together program and easy to catch on, nice put together gym and not to mention the structure and organization was on point. Highly recommend it ??

Awesome gym, great equipment, friendly people all around, and great coaches. Don't worry about having to be fit before you come in, they'll work with you and help you reach your goals.

Great place to workout. Welcoming atmosphere and amazing coaches. Coach Arthur, really cares about everyone being successful. He takes the time to work with everyone and makes sure nobody gets hurt. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
