I had my first visit there. I was not satisfied with the front staff. The first person that helped me was helpful and handed me my intake forms.After my initial appointment, I submitted my intake forms to a different front staff. I asked her for the diagnostics quest information. She helped me check out and almost forgot to hand me the form. I also needed to complete a health release form. A different staff member handed me the form and said “complete this form and submit to me.” I apparently completed mixed the fields. Dr. Patel is an amazing medical professional with a great personality and is always ready to help her patients. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner. I'm so sorry to see Dr. Patel leaving her practice in Ventura, but I know that she will be an asset wherever she goes.

This was for a wellness exam.Interesting questions determing if I knew date time of day. Was able to state months and numbers. Also asked to remember a person’s name and address. Did not recall last name.Doctor spent good deal of time talking to me and listening. Actually touched me. Looked at my feetAsked about most recent illness.Asked what she could do for me now.I felt that she will remember me in the future
