Unprofessional, waste of time. Donald Graff's inability to effectively use their own internal email system resulted in over a week's delay in reviewing my initial tax documentation. Received apologies and a lot of long-winded explanations for why he is great at his job over the course of the week while I repeatedly resubmitted documentation... But ultimately he wasted my time and I had to seek a more professionally competent tax advocate. If the guy can't be trusted to open his own email without having major problems how are you going to trust him to resolve matters with the IRS?
