This is one of the best yoga studios I've been to after 3 years of practice. Wonderful, clean space with super tenured teachers. There's a wide variety in types of practice offered by instructors - but I love that they each have a particular style. I've learned a ton in just a couple of weeks here. Wish I didn't have to move out of the area!!
I woke up and something in me told me to go to love yoga and I am so grateful :) Kumis class was magical. Her emphasis on breathwork within the flow and her overall energy left me with a lightness that I haven't found at any other studios. I love the simplicity and brightness of the studio and the fact that there are no mirrors really allows you to tap deeply into your own practice. I love this studio
We went to an AMAZING very special workshop there on Sunday August 15th called "Guided Lucid Dreaming". We met several kind and bright souls who were also attending. We will definitely be back when that happens again! Thank you for this unreal, very unique and profound experience:)))))
