This is my second time visiting Wash My Dog Van Nuys with my service dog, Zeppelin, and I couldn't be happier! He's always super soft for days afterward. The staff is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making sure Zeppelin is comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm really glad I gave them a chance. I was nervous during my first visit, but it's clear they prioritize the safety and comfort of every dog they care for. Highly recommend!
We recently rescued our dog from the shelter and he had curly matted hair in several places. We brought our dog in for a bath and haircut, the staff was so friendly and informative and helpful and asked all the right questions and addressed all of our concerns. Our boy came out looking and smelling so fresh and free of matting. They were able to save hair length in areas we thought were too matted, like his ears. THANK YOU SO MUCH, we will definitely become repeat customers.
Amazing!! I have never been to a groomer as great as Wash My Dog. I brought my cat Venus here a couple days ago. The groomer came out and spoke to me personally to ask me questions about her and told me exactly what she would be doing. I was so surprised, as the last groomer I took her too, I just handed her over above the counter and that was that, I never got to meet the groomer which made me so nervous. Not at this place though! It definitely put my mind at ease about leaving her alone there for a couple hours, as Venus can have some separation anxiety. Will definitely be bringing her back!!!
