They changed the calling system, if you press the Spanish option it comes out in English, and if I give the English option it comes out Spanish, these errors are not supposed to happen in a clinic, and the calls take a long time to answer. And the appointments are given for a very distant date, not to mention that when they give appointments by phone they do not call at the correct time and they do not return the call in case of having a second appointment, I have been waiting for the nurse to call for another appointment and nothing. I am very disappointed in the service.

Pls be careful when your child is sick and it’s time for vaccinesI explain to the dr how my 4 month old was sick the morning of. And she said it was ok, I trusted her. And my baby just got worst at home fever over 102. And when I call the dr on callThis d*** nurse said “do you want them to call you back tonight or tomorrow?” After explaining my concern to her why in the hell will she ask me that. If I wanted a call the next day I’ll rather call that day..! Well I end up at the ER for the Dr. There to tell me that it was wrong for them to give my baby shots while sick. I can’t trust this clinic no more. I will be changing all three kids else where

AWFUL!!! Unfortunately I got transferred to this clinic and they cancel your appointments. They ask you to call back to reschedule and Don’t answer their phones. I spent 40 minutes waiting until someone answered the phone. When you finally talk to them they are so RUDE!!Wish there was a way to report them and for something to actually happen to these locations as it seems by the other reviews it’s a common situation.
