Confusion, waiting hours for appt scheduled weeks before. I've been there for a few years and it never gets better. That's what my insurance pays for. Think twice before starting here,.

This is my primary doctor. I had an MRI done in Oct., and a week later the office called to say that the results would be emailed to me that day. I was pleased that the office was so on top of things! Well, the email never came so I called a few days later. I pushed the number for "make an appointment, lab results, other non-emergencies", so was prepared to leave a message. However, after the beep, I hear "mailbox is full". This happened 3 days in a row, so I decided to stop by the office. The recording had said they take lunch between 12:30-1:30, so I showed up at 12:15. Sign on the door says "Lunch 12:00-1:00". Really?? I understand that sometimes things happen, but every time I have an appointment with Womens View Medical Group it's always something. Today, I arrived for my 8:00AM appointment only to be told that the Physician's Assistant called in sick. I guess I was never even scheduled with the Dr.!Last year, I was told that my appointment was being cancelled because the Dr. that I was scheduled with is no longer with the office. Wow, I told them I didn't realized that the main Dr. (Dr. Rashidi) left and I was never notified.
