Cary at Tri-Star Home Loans provided exceptional service from start to finish, and even since my purchase still answers any question that I have for him just as promptly as when he was still my active loan officer. As a first time home buyer he took the extra time to walk me through the buying process step by step and answered every question I had with great detail, even the easy/simple questions. He makes himself very easy to reach and is as quick to respond to emails/phone calls as one should reasonable expect. I could not recommend him enough, especially for first time buyers.
Cary made getting my refinance quick and painless! He remained in constant contact with me and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I will be recommending Tri-Star in the future to anyone looking to refinance.
