Cary McCaslin is the greatest! From start to finish, Cary was professional, knowledgeable, caring, kind, understanding of my specific situation, timely, and detailed. Honestly, i am having difficulty finding sufficient superlatives in describing his overall competence. I have bought and refinanced other homes and never had a good experience with the mortgage broker. I certainly could NEVER write a favorable review on any of them. But Cary puts a whole new meaning to professionalism. You will LOVE the quality of service . Buying or selling a home is stressful. No doubt about it. Cary and his team at Tri-Star were fantastic! Prior to being put on to Tri-Stars, my wife & I had previously dealt with two other lenders. Cary was the first one that did not feel like we were being bought and sold. He not only responded to us 24/7 but he responded in detail, thoughtful answers that would answer our next question before we even asked it. There was a week or two during the closing process, where we had a question for Cary almost every night and he would stay on the phone with us, sometimes well past 7:00 pm, to make sure he answered all our questions and quelled all of our concerns.
