We wanted to get our keyless entry deadlocks installed and Katz came to the rescue! From the start, Katz was so great in providing an estimate to me, and was able to get someone out to check out our locks in a matter of days. They are so accommodating and responsible to all the questions that I had up front...and honest people! On the day of the install, Frank was able to not only install the deadlocks, but also make some necessary adjustments to our door as it was never shutting properly. He really took the time to make sure that everything was functioning properly. I had my car broken into and called to get the door and ignition keys fixed. They came out and spent a lot of time trying to fix it. It appears there was more damage than just switching out the key cylinder. They couldn’t get things working, and I need to take to a repair shop. I’m giving a 5 star review because they were very honest, and refunded all charges including the service call. Honesty is the most important virtue for a small business, and these are honest people.
