Our service man (Jacob) was very knowledgeable. Asked if we had questions every step of the way. The installation site was clean and neat while working and after install. Pricing wasn't the cheapest, but was fair and aligned with the quality of service. We would recommend them to neighbors and friends. My water heater wasn’t working properly, called Collier Plumbing to get an estimate, plumber diagnosed the problem by phone didn’t charge me for the call and suggested to order the gas valve directly from manufacturer.Ordered gas valve, called Collier Plumbing to get it installed, paid $175 for the entire labor got the gas valve for free under warranty from Rheem. Very happy with their polite and professional service.
