I went to two stores, the first one was very unprofessional with hidden fees. I'm glad I found Lin . She is is very nice and professional .I started looking for a notary agency called Fangyuan. They don’t read anything and don’t type for you. You can’t make typos in your own handwriting. It took me two hours to write by hand and it was a waste of time.
