I have been a patient here for about 3 years or so and I really love this office so much!! I have never had any problem trying to book an appointment or a negative encounter. The staff there is very friendly and kind too :) The front desk receptionists always greet me with a smile. Lovely girls!!

Dr Nielson is beyond whatever expectations we've had in our baby's doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. We've seen other doctors prior to Dr. Nielson, however after our first visit, my wife and I aren't going anywhere else. In fact, we needed to change the parameters of our insurance in order to stay with Dr. Nielson, but it was absolutely worth it. Any questions we've had she never hesitated to answer, and believe me we had a ton. It is very important to choose the correct doctor for your little ones, but it's also important that your doctor knows how to communicate everything smoothly and calmly to the parents. I love this office! Everyone working there is friendly and efficient. If I have to reschedule or anything, they're very accommodating. I had to jump through hoops with our insurance carrier to be assigned to this specific office because I was absolutely set on having Dr. Nielsen as our baby's pediatrician. She's easily been the most patient with our questions, she has great advice, she is clearly passionate about her work and it shows in the way she interacts with us.
