THANK YOU Myron at NNIS! I called your shop today in desperation. My computer started talking to me this morning....don't laugh. Ok, you can laugh, it was kinda funny. I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. The message kept repeating and I had a meeting, so I went to another room while my computer was freaking out. After my first meeting ended, I only had 40 minutes before my next meeting and I needed my computer. I was having trouble with my MacBook air, I took it in for Devin to look at and he let me know my options which were very helpful. He let me know that it would be better to get a up to date laptop rather then dump money into my old one. I really appreciate it because he didn't try to sell me on a fix to put money in his pocket. I will definitely be back to have repairs done on my laptop or PC.

This is the only company I would use for computer repair. Cami was so helpful in a desperate time of need for me and my family. She went far beyond anything I would have expected when I asked her if she could retrieve files from my niece's computer after my niece passed away. We wanted to get her pictures off of the computer and she was able to do it for us. Not only did they do that, but they repaired the computer and filed everything so it would be easily accessible for her parents. Not only did they do a fantastic job they treated the awful situation with incredible heart. I will forever be grateful for Cami and her company.
