She checked with installers to make sure that the thermostat model I was about to buy on Amazon would be compatible; I had an answer the same day. Alex Kim arrived on time, installed it quickly, and waited until I made sure it connected to our WiFi. Overall, a super-professional guy! I have used Wardour for years and I cannot begin to say how excellent they are. They are responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and thorough. They have repaired our furnace, our heat pumps, added ductless air systems and replaced controllers. I would never call any other company.
