DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ,TIME OR HOPE AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A VETS OFFICE‼️‼️We took our 4year old pitsky in for a rash,,my dog couldn’t be kept calm enough to treat so they wrote an RX for a seductive &charged me $60 for APOQUEL ,which I later found online for $3‼️SERIOUS PRICE GAUGING ‼️Charged $60 for an office visit ,but she wasn’t even seen!went in a second time with her medicated ,but they wanted her MORE MEDICATED &sold me a second RX ,stronger for $60 .&another $60 office fee AND STILL WASNT SEEN OR TREATED‼️went a 3 rd time &INSISTED GOING IN WITH MY DOG ,GO IN WITH YOUR PET & SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT WORK THEY DO PER THE BILL YOU RECEIVEhe wanted to take her temp.but never even touched her or looked at her rash .gave me a bill for $280!!!I told them I’m a disabled senior on a fixed income & could /would not pay such a ridiculous price for services NEVER RENDERED!Staff was unpro&rudeNEVER EVER GOING BACK !THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ,HEARTLESS RIP OFF &IM REPORTING TO THE B.B.B.!

ER with my cat, they were extremely nice, loved the attention and care they gave us will definitely reccomend and I'll go back there as well Great caring staff & Drs! Thank you Nala is doing much better🙏🌞

I highly recommend this Vet. My dog has dermatitis occasionally and this was my first time here. We came in for a check up & a new prescription of Oral Flea medication. The receptionist, vet technician & vet Jeremy Prupas were a delight. I loved how I came to my appointments and I was seen in about 5-10mins. Timing is soo important when your schedule is a little complex. They weren’t also trying to upsell me anything which made me comfortable.
I will be back with my pupper..

First the girls at the front desk were great
The tech was very good and helpful.
Flash that's my cat was very relax with with the technician. She gave him his rabie shot which was great.
Also I love the doctor, she took her time examining him and ask if I had any questions.
To be honest, I have never had any problems with the staff or doctors.
I have gone here for long time, only problem I had was different staff and doctor years ago.
P.S this vets office is clean.

I cannot say enough good things about the vet technician supervisor at the torrance companion animal hospital, her name is Lauren. She is truly the heart of the clinic. From the moment we walked in, her calm and compassionate energy put both me and my puppy at ease. It’s clear that she not only has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience, but she genuinely cares about every animal that comes through the door. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my many questions with patience, and handled my anxious puppy with such gentle confidence. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be treated like family, and where the staff goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Lauren and the team at the torrance companion animal hospital. It’s rare to find someone with both expertise and heart, she has both in abundance.

Up until the last 10 minutes of the appointment, it would have been 5 stars. Then the appointment ended and since I had asked to not be in the waiting room with my dog previously (he can be a booger around other dogs) they told me to take him out to my car... and then told me to wait in the waiting room for the medications... I left the doors on my car open (not the best area of town) and was clearly stressed. I asked if I could go out and wait for the meds in the car (I had already paid, so idk why this was an issue). They said no, I then had to wait in the waiting room for 10 mins while they got his prescription ready... its 85 degrees outside. If I leave my keys in the car for AC im risking theft, if I dont, my dog can overheat in minutes. What IS this? Just let me stay in the room with him until you are done!
Oh then the assistant comes out and insists on reading every rx direction to me and tells me to wait longer for my rabies certificate. I loved the doctor I saw... but the lack of planning for my pets safety is concerning.

Love this place for my dog. Staff is friendly and helpful. Too much fur on the seats for me. But I would recommend this place to my friends.

The vet here sent my dog 13 lb home with the lowest dose for chemo drug 10mg. The problem is 5mg is the lowest. I got to see my dog turn into a 7 pound skin and bones. She didn't want to eat or sleep. So they either only had 10mg and wanted to make $60 or they are stupid. Double dose almost killed my dog.I fed my dog with a dropper for 9 days. I wasted $1,000 here on useless tests. Don't go here. They almost killed my dog. I'll definitely be sending a complaint to the ethics board of vet for all the vets involved and have this place investigated. You guys need to study your jobs better. Not sure how many dogs you have killed so far giving the wrong dose or wrong medicine. Shame on you guys.
