Pulsar Construction finished a complete remodeling of our house in Rancho Palos Verdes. It included tackling the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, powder room, stairs, flooring, repiping, electrical work, and painting.
Despite unexpected issues due to our home age (built in 1967), the team resolved challenges like rotten framing and drain pipe cracks.

Thanks to Elena, Dmitry, and the amazing Pulsar team for a smooth process and outstanding work. We are happy with the results and love every corner of our updated home.

Pulsar is incredibly accommodating, reliable, and professional. Their team was able to work on my condo unit, including all necessary permits and HOA communication. If anything came up, they were very quick and prompt with updates. If you ever wanted to add something or adjust something throughout the project, Pulsar works with you to make it happen. Very flexible! I'm very happy with my remodel!

We had reached out to Pulsar for a quote on a major gut renovation. It was a great experience working with Elena on a quote. During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline.
