The BEST! If you are like me and very apprehensive about chiropractors and nervous in general. Trust me that you will be very happy with Dr. Grenda and his staff. He is professional, caring and above all he will heal your pain and ailments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I was so happy to find a Gonstead chiropractor. That method is very precise, they take an x-ray on initial treatment then measure you and diagnose where the pain originates from before moving anything. Dr. Grenda is very thorough and precise. I always feel better after seeing him.

Years ago I used to suffer from sciatica and what would happen is I'd have a flare up and then over time get better. However over a longer period of time my sciatica whenever it would flare up would get worse and worse. without wanting to go get surgery I didn't know what to do to relieve my pain so I ended up trying a chiropractor and after I went that first time I never had that horrible sciatica pain again. And when I did get a flare up they were much much less painful and eventually went away all together as I continued to get treated with Chiropractic care.
