I have been a regular customer at this location since it's opening. I absolutely love going there! My hair is perfect every time and the customer service is amazing. I have developed a very warm relationship with two colorist there, Garland and Nicole. They both know me by name and I feel warmly welcomed each time I walk in. They know exactly how to take care of my hair but more than that we catch up with what's happening in our lives and I feel much more than a client-closer to a friend! I don't color my hair often and sometimes don't know how to articulate what I'd like to get done to my hair. But Garland was great at taking the time to understand what I was looking for and I am beyond happy with how my hair turned out. She had great communication and understanding with figuring out what I wanted to get done and I left feeling confident in my hair, which I haven't felt in a very long time. I highly recommend this location based solely on my experience with Garland.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Garland at the Westlake Village Color Bar for her outstanding talent as a stylist. In my experience, Garland's level of customer care is both rare and outstanding. I always leave the salon feeling beautiful. I now have a Madison Reed membership, and have my roots touched up twice a month. Garland recommended having a gloss once a month, and it has improved my tone.
