5 Stars for Root touch up. My first time at MR. My hair stylist was out of town and MR is so convenient. I probably would not opt for the blow dry next time as they do not use styling tools such as curling irons. The young lady carefully dried my hair but I needed to fix it after. Overall a great experience though.
I am in my mid sixties and am trying to grow out my colored hair so the gray looks more natural. The person the put in foils was able to match the picture I brought in. My hair looks so much more natural. The operation is set up well. It is efficient without feeling rushed. Very nice people and lots of talented people.
If you live in Westlake the location is so convenient! The salon is clean, and brightly lit.
I always get very excited when I’m getting my hair done. I came in happy and ready! My first impression of the salon was negative because I was greeted by a rude redhead woman with tattoos at the door. She didn’t greet me with a smile or welcomed me in. She handed over a cape with a bad attitude and told me to find a seat. She asked my name and then rudely called me by another name.
