Karen is very welcoming I was dubious about getting my face lazered. She asked lots of questions about what I was wanting. Whilst she lazered she conversed with me about what she was doing or where she is going next. She was very strong with me on my aftercare made. Suggestions for future improvement which I hadn't thought of. All in all. Fantastic
Went here as a referral from a friend to Karen who spoke wonders about them and they definitely held up to my standards. The first session was very thorough and she listened to all my concerns and we made decisions together as to best course for me. We also discussed options for treatments and she was realistic and felt honest about what she was recommending. Cant recommend Karen and synergy more.
