If I could give this place a negative star I would. My husband went here for a 60-minute deep tissue massage payed before the massage then after waiting an hour after payment he still did not receive his massage. He politely asked for a refund because he waited for an hour and still had not been serviced, and he wanted to leave. They then told him that they could only give him a 30-min massage even though he PAYED FOR A 60-min massage. He refused and asked for his refund again. They refused and told him they would not be refunding his massage even though the service was not provided. Now he has lost hard earned money and paid for a service he never received.
