Love the classes, it feels so good to stretch so well and ambience is very helpful in staying relaxed. Teachers are great and make you enjoy your time there. My joints and shoulders and back. An tell the difference after each class. 100% recommended.

I have been going to classes at this studio for two years now and i am continually impressed by the caliber of the instructors and the inclusiveness of the environment. My yoga practice has developed quite a bit and I know that it will continue to grow. The classes are challenging and dynamic for all levels of yoga and the instructors get to know you and your practice individually and are able to push you in an encouraging and gentle manner. I'm hooked!

This space is amazing the teachers are phenomenal Heather B playlist is fire and she encourages you to meet your limit Candise has taught me how to breathe and truly creates a space of positive intentions Julia is consistent force and guiding light to many I love this community and this space Highly recommend to try it
