I had an excellent experience at Castle Dermatology Institute with Dr. Pedram. From my consultation through the procedure, Dr. Pedram was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step and answer all of my questions. I recently underwent subcision for acne scars, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.
What I appreciate most is that Dr. Pedram focuses on creating a long-term treatment plan rather than offering a one-time procedure. Dr. Pedram is great! He's so nice and knows exactly the issue and recommendation. Front staff was friendly, nurses are nice. Sometimes wait time is long but usually Dr comes in pretty quickly. Easy, convenient location.
The doctor, the nurse, the botox all were great. Dropping a star because the 2 front desk girls were extremely rude. It was my 1st time there and they were SO rude that I wanted to leave. They are not an asset to the office they are a liability. They are mean girls. The face of a company should be welcoming not repelling. The nurse and doctor were great. Im glad those mean girls didnt persuade me to leave but they gave me an unnecessary bad experience.
