I had a great experience here! Although they don't take walk in's, I had an emergency situation with my pup and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The clerk, assistants, and vet were all patient and supportive. Reasonable pricing. Although m I didn't have time to use it, I love that they had a little outdoor/lounge area. They also made sure to follow up without being overbearing. So grateful that I stumbled upon their services!
I'm incredibly impressed by the staff and level of service here! Was in a bind and needed new primary care for my epileptic dog, Jax, asap. A staff member reached out immediately after I filled out the form/texted and she did everything she could to squeeze me in next day which was a lifesaver. They called all my past vets and neurologists and made sure they read and understood Jax's seizure history in detail. Dr Koski is so amazing. Jax is usually scared of the vet and by the end of the visit, he was happily walking around with tail wagging. She made him feel so at ease. Dr Wong and the staff of Pets Friend Animal Clinic helped us when we had to put our girl Ramie to sleep. The room they prepared was more than we expected. The Dr and her staff were very professional and exceptionally courteous. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.
