Made an appointment and went in for an eye exam using my new eyemed insurance. It was my first time here and as soon as i walked in i was greeted warmly. They gave me a pre exam right away. The eye exam went great. I brought my own oakley frames to have lenses put in with the new prescription. I was told they would be ready in about 2-3 weeks. 7 days later i was texted that my new glasses were ready. The whole process was perfect. I am really happy. I will return in the future to get bifocals. Thank you Joy Optometry

Am a patient here since 5 years. I feel as ease when I visit here. Official staffs are very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Their is no delay as they make it very quick to go through every procedures. Doc take enough time to go through your profile and if your her old patient she knows you and your medical history very well.

Dr Kim and her staff were very welcoming and professional. Very effortless process for my eye exam and new pair of glasses. Definitely recommend Joy Optometry. I'm sure I'll be coming back again for second pair of glasses.
