The members are also supportive, quickly showing newcomers how to use the exercise machines. The gym is well-maintained, with only minor repairs needed. Been going to this gym for over 2 years, never have had a problem. Though there is one thing that has been bugging me recently, steam room room has been down for about 2 months and when I asked the front desk when it’s going to open, they told me closed until further notice. I love ending my workout with a steam room sesh so I really hope it gets fixed soon.
I joined the gym through Kaiser hospital, and I am happy to say it’s worth it. I tell my friends that the gym I use has a wide array of exercise equipment, classes and friendly competitions. Their staff is readily available to help you when needed. I love my gym and the members there, are quick to show you how to use the exercise machines without a second thought or making you feel inadequate, the staff is caring and supportive.
