During Covid I did nothing but read and stream. I had everything delivered I walked my dog for 30 minutes and otherwise I was sitting on my bed. This was very harmful to my health! I was 70 when lock down started..,when it ended I felt 80. My doctor prescribed Physio Therapy for my horrible shoulder pain (rotator cuff damage). I could not sleep, it always hurt. PT helped...I learned how much I had damaged myself and began to regain strength. The PT massage helped a lot that's when I found Craig Harris who saved life!
