we have read some of the recent reviews but we have to say our experience with the doctor has been excellent. We have found Dr. Rubinstein to be very knowledgeable, he always spends the time needed, he does not rush you, he is very accommodating, he explains things, his clinical assistant (young female) is also very professional, kind and helpful with procedures, we appreciate that doctor has all his other laser gadgets in house and he explains the reasoning behind their use and we have seen good results, the prices for the lasers are also competitive, several of our family members have become his patients over the years and they are all happy with him. I've been under the care of Dr. Rubinstein for the past 2 years, and I can confidently say he has been excellent. His bedside manner is very impressive, and he is personable, which I truly value in a healthcare professional. As a medical professional dealing with elective procedures and demanding patients myself, I understand the challenges involved, and I have been thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Rubinstein's expertise and care.

I came to this dermatology center upon a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be happier. I met with Dr. Jessica Kramer and she is the best in the game. Came here for a few hair issues that I was having and she seamlessly guided me in the best possible direction. She really takes the time to get to know her patients and whenever I meet with her, it feels like hanging out with a friend, and when you're going into medical facilities, that's really the greatest thing anyone can ask for. I feel totally comfortable asking her whatever derm questions that I might have and she always takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly. Can't recommend Jessica enough!
