This business is the best!!!!! I do NOT trust anyone with my pets, especially my cat, who is very skittish and loves being alone. Unexpectedly I had to find a place for her for 3 weeks after my apartment flooded and.I had used them before for a weekend and they were phenomenal . I also had my friend's dog with me as I was watching him during this time as a favor as well. So I was stuck trying to find a place to board two sensitive animals at the last minute.
The moment I called, they put me at ease and made room for me. I was so relieved and grateful. Not to mention the dog had tons of space in a safe environment and they have an outdoor area for pets to relax and play. They even had lots of lounge chairs for the dogs to rest on. It's a paradise for pets that even most humans don't get to experience. I was jealous and wanted to stay there myself, haha!!
They are also extremely watchful of the animals, I observed them with other pets and knew they were in the right caring hands.
Cannot recommend this place this enough!!

The location is easy to locate, the owner/caretaker was nice. This location is a private home, the owner stated they have a pool, but I can’t remember if she said the pets swim or not. She also stated that they have fleas in the yard outside, so make sure your pet has their flea medicine before booking.

This place is absolutely incredible! Nr 1 Top place in LA! My cat is in a safe place where they keep a conversation with me about everything I need to know. They treat the dogs and cats with the highest care. They are in excellent hands. It's hard and scary to find a place where you trust them with your babies. But this is the best place you'll ever find. So thankful for Cookie and her husband. If there was a 10 star I would give them that and more! I'm so so so thankful for them. Don't hesitate because you won't find a better place. Highly recommend.

This person was extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to speak proper English at all because they are from France... They spoke to me in negative fashion even though they were PAID to take care of the cat. This person emotionally traumatized me with their evil aura and the way that they had spoken to me today. They did not put the cat in the provided carrier so I could quickly leave their dilapidated, old, smelly, and disgusting house in Studio City. This person has a suspicious back room with dogs constantly barking. This is not an ideal environment for a cat! I am afraid of this evil person and I absolutely do not recommend leaving your pets with them. They are a fraud and their "business" should be shut down. Instead you should find a kind soul that will take care of your pet for FREE! STAY AWAY!
