VPRI is a great company. Very personable. I've rented from Valley Pacific Realty & Investments at 2 different properties. Both homes were great and cleaned at the start of my lease. At my current home I had serious doubts. But to rewind and speak to the professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy, I've been able to text Sal when I've been in the market to move. Ill simply text to see if he has what I'm looking for and I get an answer. -At my current lease I texted Sal asking if he had any 4-5 bedrooms around 2000 per month "this was 2019" month after month for about 6 months straight. Had great experience with Pankaj and Muneesh. Leased a house in River Island Lathrop, Lived there for one and half year, I must say they are very easily reachable , help you with each and very thing in the process of hunting house for buying, selling or leasing. They give you options according yours situation. Highly recommended

This real estate office is unlike any other business, I purchased 2 homes in the last 15 years and got excellent and honest feedback, and the entire process was completely transparent.
